We’re seeking an energetic and personable Sales Follow-Up Coordinator to help us manage job and equipment estimates/quotes via email. If you love connecting with people, staying organized, and taking charge of communication, this role is perfect for you! With a flexible part-time schedule of just 10 hours a week (2 hours a day—1 hour in the morning, and 1 hour in the afternoon), you’ll be the key to keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring every opportunity is followed up on. Plus, if you have some experience with infrastructure technologies, that’s a huge bonus!
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on job and equipment estimates/quotes via email, ensuring responses are quick and accurate.
- Aggressively pursue open opportunities, working to close sales and keep clients satisfied.
- Provide regular updates on equipment orders to keep clients informed.
- Schedule projects with customers, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time.
- Maintain communication in both mid-morning and mid-to-late afternoon, keeping things moving efficiently.
- Collaborate with our awesome sales and operations teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Handle inquiries on equipment availability, pricing, project scheduling, and order status.
- Bring some knowledge of infrastructure technologies (that’s a plus!) to help clients better understand their needs.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus—but not a deal-breaker!
Qualifications:
- Experience with sales follow-up routines, preferably in technical or infrastructure-related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, friendly vibe.
- Ability to manage project schedules and follow-ups like a pro.
- Detail-oriented and organized, able to juggle multiple tasks in short time frames.
- Passionate about pursuing sales and closing deals.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
